本系列标准样品适用于纯金属等材料的产品质量检验、测量仪器的校准,测量方法的评价和统一测试量值,也可用于此类产品的杂质分析、纯度测定、配制标准溶液的原始物料等。
一、制备方法
本标准样品选自高纯铜、高纯铅、纯锌、纯锡、纯铋、纯锑、纯镉、纯镍、纯钴、纯铝、纯镁、纯硅、纯钛、纯锰、纯镓、纯硒、纯碲、纯铬等作为原始物料,提纯后用经典方法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法或电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行纯度与杂质含量的测定。其制备过程为:原料选取→提纯→加工成屑或块→筛分→机械混匀→均匀性初检→分装→均匀性复检→数理统计→定值
二、均匀性检验
将包装好的样品,随机抽取20瓶,采用方差F检验法,检验结果:F<Fα(0.05),样品均匀性良好。检验方法:电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法。最小称样量:0.5g。经考察,本标准样品稳定性良好,有效期为十年。
三、包装、使用和储存
1. 瓶装,塑封。用后将瓶盖拧紧,存放于干燥处。最好置于干燥器中存放。
2. 纯铜与纯锰容易氧化,使用前先用5%稀硝酸洗去表面氧化层,及时用蒸馏水洗涤,再用无水乙醇清洗,用定性滤纸吸取表面水,用电吹风稍加温烘干使用。
3. 纯钛表面若氧化变色,使用前先用5%稀磷酸洗去表面氧化层,及时用蒸馏水洗涤,再用无水乙醇清洗,用定性滤纸吸取表面水,用电吹风稍加温烘干使用。
4. 若标准样品的标签描述杂质含量范围等信息与证书不一致,以证书为准。
